Public Hearing to consider adopting resolution authorizing OC Agricultural Commissioner to abate weeds and combustible vegetation on private properties in unincorporated areas; direct OC Agricultural Commissioner to provide Fire Hazard Reduction Weed Abatement Cost Report and itemized report of costs incurred prior and after 7/1/26
