Kindergarten Readiness Food Literacy Storytime and Activity is a special edition of Kindergarten Storytime on the last Thursday of each month at 10:30am.
Food and books team up to promote healthy eating habits.
Through playful activities, kids develop fine motor skills and get curious about all kinds of healthy goodies.
Children aged 3 – 5 years old and their caregiver will prepare for kindergarten with stories, songs, and activities!
Each week, Ms. Sophia will share activities that foster basic math, reading, and social skills to prepare your child for school.
After storytime, stay for food activities where kids practice cutting food safely, using utensils, squeezing juice, etc., and washing hands before food time!
