The Dana Point Planning Commission meets tonight, Monday September 22 2014 at 6:00pm. The Commission meets at the Dana Point Community Center located at 34052 Del Obispo.

The most high profile item is a Costal Development Permit for Majestic Housing and Development LCC. They are requesting a permit to construct a 30,000 sq. foot three story high rise in the area of Pacific Coast Highway and Del Prado. The plan is for retail space on the ground floor with 111 residential Condo’s on all 3 levels. There will also be 2 levels of parking.
The Agenda states that the Planning Commission is going to recommend that the discussion on this take place on October 6 2014 in a Special Meeting. The Special Meeting would be held at the Dana Point a Community Center Gym located at 34052 Del Obispo. Keep in mind that the Commission is scheduled to talk about this permit tonight. If you are interested in the development of Del Obispo and Pacific Coast Highway you many want to attend the meeting tonight.
