The Dana Point Planning Commission meets today, Monday January 26 2015 at 6:00pm.
The meeting will be at City Council Chambers at 33282 Golden Lantern Street.
The public is encouraged to attend.
Tonight’s proposed discussion includes:
A Conditional Use Permit to allow a Shared Parking Program for a existing mixed use building located at 24582 Del Prado Avenue.
This is within the City’s Town Center/Lantern District Plan area.
The building originally hosted a retail space.
Currently the space is occupied by a Yoga Studio.
This has resulted in the need for additional parking.
