Review the installation of the mural “Charming” by Ben Eine.
694 North Coast Highway Mural Installation.
Discuss the unpermitted mural and make a recommendation regarding the installation.
2016 Cultural Arts Funding – Discuss and approve the application form and timeline.
2016 Banner Competition – Discuss and approve competition guidelines.
Heisler Park Scenic Overlook and Artist Designed Bench Competition – Discuss and approve revisions to the competition guidelines.
Art That’s Small at City Hall – Discuss and approve competition guidelines.
“Sea Breeze” Sculpture Installation– Discuss and approve increasing the budget for site preparations by $12,000 from savings in the Art-in-Lieu Fund; and recommend Scott Bradshaw undertake the construction.
