
The City of San Clemente is hosting a Red Ribbon Week Parade Monday October 26 2015 on Del Mar Street.
The community is invited to show support for local youth as they parade along Avenida Del Mar.
The Parade beins at 4:15pm at the top of Del Mar Street.
San Clemente is kicking off
the National Red Ribbon Week Campaign with this community parade.
Red Ribbon Week is dedicated to taking a stand against drugs.
Parade participants include: students, teachers, parents, San Clemente City Council Members, San Clemente Police Services and local civic clubs.
Parade Participants will march in unison to demonstrate their personal commitment to a healthy drug-free lifestyle.
The parade begins at the top of Avenida Del Mar and participants will continue down to the San Clemente Community Center grounds to participate in a pep rally at 4:45 p.m.
The San Clemente Community Center is located at 100 Calle Seville.
San Clemente Red Ribbon Week 2015 Pep Rally will include:
Performances and cheers from: the San Clemente High School Band, Cheer, and Dance Teams.
San Clemente Councilwoman Lori Donchak
San Clemente Chief of San Clemente Police Services Lieutenant Dave Moodie.
Presentation of the annual awards for the Red Ribbon contests being conducted at local schools and clubs.
Select San Clemente Business Sponsors will reward students during Red Ribbon Week.
San Clemente 7-11 Stores which will provide free Slurpee’s for students wearing red ribbon wristbands during Red Ribbon Week.
Selma’s Pizzeria on Avenida Del Mar will provide a free spaghetti dinner during Red Ribbon Week (October 26-30) for children dining
in the restaurant with their parents.

San Clemente has free street timed parking in the Del Mar Downtown Area.
San Clemente also has various Free timed parking lots near the Del Mar Downtown Area.
The San Clemente Community Center has a Free Timed City Parking Lot.
