The Laguna Beach Oak Street/Brooks Street Halloween Event is on Saturday October 31 2015.
Laguna Beach City staff will provide barricades to block vehicle traffic on Oak Street and Brooks Street between Catalina and Temple Terrace for the annual Halloween event.
Police personnel will set the barricades up at 5:00 p.m.
The event will conclude at 9:00 p.m.
Laguna Beach Police personnel will reopen the streets at approximately 9:30 p.m.
Laguna Beach Police personnel will be assigned to the event to make sure everyone has a safe and enjoyable time.
