Laguna Beach Halloween
The Laguna Beach Oak Street/Brooks Street is the ultimate Laguna Beach Trick or Treat Halloween Event.
Laguna Beach City staff will provide barricades to block vehicle traffic on Oak Street and Brooks Street
between Catalina and Temple Terrace for the annual Halloween event.
Police personnel will set the barricades up at 5:00 p.m.
The event will conclude at 9:00 p.m.
Laguna Beach Police personnel will reopen the streets at approximately 9:30 p.m.
The alternative to the crowded Oaks and Brooks Street Halloween festivities is Short Street.
607 Short Street will feature lots of scary Halloween activity.
