San Clemente will be experiencing extreme Fwy traffic on Saturday November 5 2016.
Northbound I-5 will be reduced to one lane at Avenida Pico, and the northbound I-5 off-ramp and on-ramp will be closed.
Expect significant delays.
The San Clemente I-5 Fwy Closure is from 10:00pm. Friday November 4 2016 thru 12:00pm Saturday November 5 2016.
This closure is to allow crews to safely shift traffic to the newly constructed lanes and bridge over Avenida Pico.
The following ramps will be closed in conjunction with the freeway lane closures:

Avenida Pico Northbound On-Ramp
DETOUR: Eastbound Avenida Pico motorists who would like to go northbound on I-5 should use West Avenida Vista Hermosa.
Westbound Avenida Pico motorists can access northbound I-5 by using Calle Frontera and Avenida Vista Hermosa. Northbound I-5 motorists can access Avenida Pico via the Avenida Vista Hermosa off-ramp.
