There is I-5 Southbound traffic backed up from Laguna Niguel thru San Clemente Saturday morning May 7 2016.
The California Highway Patrol is reporting a incident in San Juan Capistrano near Ortega Highway at 10:48am and a incident in San Clemente this morning.
Google Maps estimates a 30 minute drive from Laguna Niguel to San Clemente Saturday Morning.

The California Highway Patrol is not reporting any issues with the 5 Fwy Southbound in San Onofre.
It appears that the truck spill is cleaned up and that traffic is moving in a normal pattern.
The California Highway Patrol(CHP) is reporting that a Big Rig Truck spilled contents onto the Southbound 5 Fwy near San Onofre at 5:30am Friday February 12 2016.
