Dana Point City Council meets Tuesday October 3 2017.
The Council will be meeting at Dana Point City Council Chambers.
Closed Session at 4:00pm. Open Session at 6:00pm.
Dana Point City Council Chambers is located at 33282 Golden Lantern Suite 210.

Dana Point Headland Wave Resort Development Permit
Project Name: Wave Resort: Headlands Commercial
Project Address: 34075 Pacific Coast Highway (vacant parcels on PCH between Shoreline Drive and Green Lantern)
Project Description: A 35,000 square foot two-story building with a restaurant, 57 room (3 to 4 star) hotel, and 52 bed hostel. A Visitor Center and public art will also be incorporated into the project.

Dana Point Community Engagement

Dana Point City Council encourages the community to participate in the Public Comments portion of the meeting.

In order to conduct a timely meeting, there will be a three-minute time limit per person and an overall time limit of fifteen minutes.
