The San Clemente Planning Commission Meeting is Thursday November 8 2018 at 6:00pm for a ADU Study Session. Regular Meeting will being at 7:00pm.

The meeting is at San Clemente City Council Chambers located at 100 Avenida Presidio.

The Public is encouraged to attend.

San Clemente Planning Commission Study Session at 6:00pm

Amy Stonich, Contract Planner, to discuss amendments to State law that went into effect that made major changes to the way Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) may be established (Government Code 65852.2).
The intent of this study session is to inform the Planning Commission about the new legislation and to provide information on permissible regulations.
A draft ordinance will be included as part of packet for the public hearing that is expected to be held in December.
